Introduction to Collaboration

The goal of this course is to lay the groundwork for collaboration among service providers to develop outcome based, customer-centered case plans in partnership with other family assistance providers.

This course will cover:

Increasing the use of collaborative links within current systems;
Advocating, strengthening, and building collaborative links within and between systems;
Assisting customers in accessing all appropriate services; and
Employing family members' strengths and other professionals' input in developing customized, customer-centered case plans.

This course is recommended for all individuals working in partnership in serving families and providing collaborative case management as well as developing employability plans and family service plans.
