Description:

This presentation will help explain the process for obtaining Temporary Guardianships easily and painlessly, to help you think and plan ahead; to be prepared when parents/guardians are unavailable to you and a child is in need of necessary care and services.  This will be an opportunity to learn tools and methods for obtaining consents and releases for care, to make future case management a little easier.

Presenters:

Kathy Kucharski

ADA Kathy Kucharski serves as the Team Captain for the CHIPS/Intake Team at the Children's Court Center in Wauwatosa, WI.
